4. ACCOUNT MODEL
PEQUEDU uses an adult-controlled account model.
The adult account holder creates and manages the PEQUEDU account.
An account may contain up to three Profiles.
Profiles are part of the adult-controlled account and are not independent PEQUEDU accounts.
The account holder is responsible for the account and for determining who is authorised to use its Profiles.
PEQUEDU does not require a Profile to use a child's real name, date of birth or age.

5. PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTIONS
PEQUEDU may provide certain functionality through paid Premium subscriptions.
Subscription plans, prices, billing intervals, free-trial conditions, cancellation rules and consumer rights are described in the PEQUEDU Terms & Conditions and, where applicable, in the subscription checkout process.
PEQUEDU currently intends to offer eligible new subscribers a 14-day free trial.
Subscription payments are processed through Stripe.
PEQUEDU does not operate its own card-payment processing infrastructure.
The applicable payment and subscription information presented to the customer during checkout forms part of the applicable subscription arrangement.
